Performance of Services: Versatile Impact, LLC, will provide adequate coverage for photo package and will produce our highest quality photo package. Versatile Impact, LLC will deliver the professionally produced photo content in a timely manner.

Secure your date: To secure your date with us a deposit of $50.00 must be paid during the time of signing the contract. Once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed, your date will be secured. The remaining balance of your photoshoot will be due an hour before the session begins.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Versatile Impact, LLC in connection with the services will be the property of . Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

The failure to make a required payment when due
