Eden Family Contract


The Contract is made effective as of by and between Eden Family Practice and Versatile Impact, LLC (DBA Lewis Media)

Description of Service: Versatile Impact, LLC will provide Eden Family Practice:

Video and Photo Content Package for Eden Family Practice

  • Up to 3 full days of production (Up to 6 Hours within 3 months time frame + 2 days of 2 hours for quick footage and photos + 1 extra day for  FAQ session (Up to 3 Hours)
  • 3 commercial reels + testimonials videos for each (4) feature families / individual
    • A Family = 1 Feature
  • 30 high resolution images + all raw photos
  • Raw photo and video storage for future usage
  • *FAQ Session Video Session* FAQ videos will not be edited but you can ask for them on a later date.

To get started half of the amount is due after the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due after the completion of video and photo production.

Payment options are available upon request

 Performance of Services: Versatile Impact, LLC, will provide adequate coverage for Eden Family Practice’s video and photo package and will produce our highest quality video and photo package for Eden Family Practice. Versatile Impact, LLC will deliver the professionally produced video content in a timely manner.

Payment Eden Family Practice agreed to pay Versatile Impact, LLC $3,200.

A deposit of $1600.00 is due at the time of signing your contract.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Versatile Impact, LLC in connection with the services will be the property of Eden Family Practice. Versatile Impact, LLC will get permission of Eden Family Practice content for promotional use before posting content on social media.

Courtesy: The video and photo package and schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Eden Family Practice. Eden Family Practice and Versatile Impact, LLC agree that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.

Warranty: Versatile Impact, LLC shall meet Eden Family Practice obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Versatile Impact, LLC community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Versatile Impact, LLC projects.

Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

  1. The failure to make a required payment when due
  2. The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
  3. The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment neither party may assign or transfer this contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
