The Versatile Impact LLC Contract is made effective as of by and between Jessica Tate Pickens and Versatile Impact, LLC.

Description of Service: Versatile Impact, LLC will provide Jessica Tate Pickens

Live Recording Package = $2,800:

- Each group will have access to their music files within 24 to 48 hrs.
(2) 18 inch Subs, (2) 15 inch House Speakers, (3) Stage Monitors, 6 in ear monitors for musicians.
Talk back microphone for musicians (Optional to use)
Standard Mix of Live Recording with video recording
- PreDestined pay $1,950.00 : 8 Music Tracks Audio Recording + 8 Tracks video editing recording
- Anointed Generation pay $850.00 : 30 minutes Audio Recording + 30 minutes video editing recording

Performance of Services: Versatile Impact, LLC, will provide adequate coverage for Jessica Tate Pickens live recording package and will produce our highest quality live recording package for Jessica Tate Pickens. Versatile Impact, LLC will deliver the professionally produced live recording package in a timely manner.

Payment Jessica Tate Pickens agreed to pay Versatile Impact, LLC, in consideration for this fee, the non-fundable deposit of $460 for the Live Recording Package which is due after the contract is signed in order to secure the December 10th, 2023. The sum of $390 will be due on December 9th, 2022 (through check or cash). If each group does not pay the remaining balance by December 9th, Jessica Tate Pickens will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the live recoding package. If not paid after soundcheck, equipment will be remove.

Term: Versatile Impact, LLC and Jessica Tate Pickens agree that this Contract shall begin on . Versatile Impact, LLC shall provide Jessica Tate Pickens with the Live recording video of the final design by or before March 1st, 2024. Contract may be extended and/or renewed by agreement of all parties in writing thereafter.

WORD PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, product, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Versatile Impact, LLC in connection with the Services will be the property of Jessica Tate Pickens. Versatile Impact, LLC will have the rights and access to the live recording package to use for social media marketing.

Courtesy: The video content schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of Jessica Tate Pickens. Jessica Tate Pickens and Versatile Impact, LLC that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential.

Warranty: Versatile Impact, LLC shall provide his or her services and meet Jessica Tate Pickens obligation under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendation for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Versatile Impact, LLC community region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, superior to, care used by service provides similar to Versatile Impact, LLC projects.

Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this contract.

The failure to make a required payment when due
The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
The failure to make available or deliver the Services in the time of manner provided for in this contract.
The failure of providing what is requested.

Notice: Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by email, return receipt requested or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing. Assignment Neither party may assign or transfer this Contract without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
